Our Holiday Appointment Calendar Dates and times we have available.

It’s very important to use the calendar on our website as it shows dates that have already been reserved—sorry folks, but at those times, we are already scheduled with other clients. busy.

The calendar is well organized and the elves update it automatically with each new reservation made from our website. To advance the view on the calendar to December click the blue forward button below as needed. For your convenience, the events are shown in Pacific Standard time, not North Pole time.

You can click on reservations marked in blue to see more information, such as start and finish times for the visit. If you prefer a hard copy of the calendar, there is an option to print. 

Please consider allowing 15 minutes for pack-up and 15 minutes for travel between each appointment’s start and finish time—reindeer sleighs are fast,  not that fast. Santa does his best to stay on schedule but due to unforeseen circumstances, all times are approximate. Unforeseen circumstances can be traffic accidents, detours, and anything that the bay area may surprise us with.

Any appointments that you see on this schedule are confirmed reservations; for these appointments, the elves have received a signed entertainment agreement and have a deposit already on file. So unless otherwise stated these appointment times won’t change and aren't negotiable.
